She/Her
Melanie Pagan (she/her) is a Master’s Level Therapist who provides a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where clients across the lifespan feel safe, understood, and empowered to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Using a person-centered approach, she tailors therapy to each individual’s unique strengths, developmental needs, and goals. Melanie welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, life experiences, and identities, with a particular passion for supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral concerns, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth.
In addition to her work with adolescents and adults, Melanie has a particular passion for working with children. With experience supporting children across behavioral health, school, and community mental health settings, she provides a supportive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate approach to helping children navigate anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, social relationships, and life transitions. Melanie believes meaningful change happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered, and she values collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other identified supports whenever doing so strengthens the therapeutic process.
Melanie also works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and PANS/PANDAS as part of Bucks Support Services’ multidisciplinary treatment team. Through ongoing specialized training and supervision, she provides evidence-informed care while helping clients and families better understand these complex conditions and develop practical strategies that support long-term growth and well-being.
Melanie earned both her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Moravian University. She practices under the supervision of Stacy Hunt, PhD.
